For the purposes of this Notice, “work engagement” shall include entering into employment, freelance engagement, temporary and occasional work, scholarships, internships and similar forms of engagement.
By applying to a published vacancy or otherwise submitting an application for work engagement, you provide us with your data for recruitment and selection purposes, including certain personal data.
Your personal data are processed in the capacity of a Data Controller.
A Data Controller is an entity which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
In each specific case, the Controller shall be the entity that has announced the need for work engagement and is identified as such in the job advertisement.
If you submit your data through the form available on the website www.inspiragrupa.com, each listed company shall act as a separate Controller in relation to its respective recruitment process.
2. PURPOSE OF THE NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
This Notice informs candidates for work engagement about all relevant information concerning the processing of their personal data.
In accordance with the applicable legislation governing the protection of personal data, primarily the Law on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter: “LPDP”), it is important that you carefully read this Notice in order to be informed about:
- the categories of personal data most commonly processed,
- the purposes for which your personal data are processed,
- who has access to your personal data, and
- your rights in relation to such processing.
“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that person.

A Processor is an entity that processes personal data on behalf of the Controller.

Personal data are not shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to recruitment and selection.
The Controller, or the Processor providing recruitment services on behalf of the Controller, may use AI-based tools during recruitment solely as auxiliary tools, always subject to human oversight, with final decisions made exclusively by human personnel.

We shall respond without undue delay and no later than 30 days from receipt of the request. This period may be extended by up to an additional 60 days in complex cases, in which case you shall be duly informed.
If a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we reserve the right to refuse to act on the request or to charge a reasonable administrative fee.
